Tibas Directory shall terminate, suspend or cancel any link, insert or advertisement that it believes are incorrect, misleading or illegal on its site without the refund of any fees, where a fee is charged for such service(s).

Where a problem develops with Tibas site, the advertiser shall have their period extended, subject to the advertiser’s notification to Tibas of the problem, by e-mail and subject to the problem being Tibas fault. The period(s) extended shall only be for the period(s) that was affected. NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN, WHERE A FEE WAS CHARGED.

Any products or service advertised in Tibas Directory, those advertising that or those products and services shall be responsible for what ever they advertise.

Tibas Directory accepts no responsibility for any funds, money, fees lost due to any advertisement contact made via our site. Those wishing to part with money, funds, fees for whatever reason are strongly advised to seek legal advise, via a lawyer or accountant and the parting of any such money, funds, fees are their responsibilities and not Tibas Directory’s.

Tibas Directory will remove any advertisement from its residential free area without giving any reason.
Tibas shall remove advertisement if it believes that it’s wrong or misleading.

Tibas Directory will not accept any links or advertisement for Adult Porn Site.

Tibas accepts no liabilities for the misuse of credit card to obtain advertisement to our site. Where Tibas has been notified of such act that advertisement or inserted link will be terminated and NO REFUND will be made.

Where the advertiser advertises for 1 year the advertiser must notify Tibas one month before their advertisement expired, if they wish to renew for a further 1 year.

ALL ADVERTISEMENT MUST CONFORM TO THE FOLLOWING

3. Must not give any indication it is right to break the law

4. Must not break the law

5. Must not encourage person(s) under the legal age to buy or drink alcoholic drink(s)

6. It must conform to environmental law(s)

7. Product(s) or service(s) advertised must be legally safe

8. It must bear no reference to a competitor name(s) regarding untrue statement or unfair competition(s)

9. Advertisements for loans, financial and banking service(s) will not be accepted if such company or corporation is not regulated via SIB and is a member of one or all the following, FIMBRA, LAUTRO, IMRO or similar bodies.

10. Tibas Directory will only accept advertisement from legal profession that is regulated with the law society or similar body(s)

11. All products, goods or service(s) accepted for advertisement should be legally safe; confirmation to this effect must be present to Tibas as verification.

12. All advertiser(s) should be prepared for verification from Tibas to, confirm that they are capable of doing what is stated in the advertisement.

13. No advertisement will be accepted from explosive company advertising explosive.

14. No advertisement will be accepted where it calls for civil disobedient or strike in what ever form.

15. Advertisement will be accepted at the discretion of Tibas if such an advertisement is humanly for the release of person(s) from captivity, providing that advertisement does not incite the over throws of any body(s) or government(s) and providing the public has no objection to such advertisement.

16. Advertisement will be accepted from safety authority to inform the public of risk or possible risk from a product(s) service(s) or condition(s).

17. Tibas will only accept advertisement for fund raising from registered charity that is registered with the Charity Commission, or from Company(s), Corporation(s), Authority(s), Body(s), Organisation(s), Group(s), and Person, that are raising fund for a particular cause where there is no likelihood of defrauding the public. Any such acceptance outside being a registered charity will be at Tibas discretion and will be done in line with the law.

18. No advertisement will be accepted if it involves the process driving up to the killing or the killing of Whales, Dolphins, and Seals for local, national or international consumption or purpose.

19. Tibas will accept advertisement from the police department explaining the danger of drink driving and crime(s).

20. Tibas will accept nuclear trade advertisement providing material being advertised has no connection with the arms business, and providing confirmation of safety is supplied to Tibas.

21. Tibas will accept advertisement form the Zoo establishment at our discretion, and only where animal(s) are not being mistreated.

22. Tibas shall not be liable for breach of this agreement caused by acts of God/Allah, insurrection or civil disorder, war or military operations, national or local emergency, acts or omissions of Government, highway authority or other competent authority, industrial disputes of any kind (whether or not involving Tibas, The 8000 group employees), fire, lightning, explosion, flood, subsidence, inclement weather, acts of omission of person(s) or body(s) for whom Tibas/The 8000 group is not responsible or any cause(s) beyond Tibas/The 8000 group.

23. Tibas will accept advertisement for company(s) or person(s) to send in prepaid money to the advertiser providing the advertiser put on a deposit with Tibas an amount of money to displace any complaint(s). Such money will be kept in Tibas account until Tibas deem the advertisement has run its course Tibas will set aside the above if the advertiser bank, accountant or lawyer’s guarantee Tibas that it will pay on demand by Tibas bank within 3 days the sum of an amount agreed between the advertiser and Tibas.

24. No advertisement will b accept whereby money is asked to be sent abroad unless a reputable bank, solicitor or accountant guarantee Tibas bank that it will pay Tibas within 3 days should the advertiser default.

25. All monies on deposit shall be given back to the advertiser once Tibas have decided their advertisement has run its course, the monies given back to the advertiser shall be the exact amount give to Tibas, less the amount used up if any, in compliance with Tibas terms.

26. No advertisement shall be accepted from arcades or gambling club where there is a likelihood of someone under the entry age may use that arcade or club.

27. All drugs related products advertised with Tibas must comply with law in their country. Drugs related products will not be accepted unless it has the approval of the Government and or Legal Health Authority and or Bodies.

28. Tibas accept full responsibility for compliance with all the condition set out in this terms & condition and no other terms outside it shall come into play, but accept no legal responsibility for the advertisement itself and should the advertiser have to withdraw the advertisement for any reason whatsoever the full charge remain in force, where there are any agreements between Tibas and the advertiser. No refund shall be given back to the Company(s), Cooperation(s), Authority(s), Body(s), Organisation(s), Group(s), Person(s) unless Tibas so direct.

29. Tibas hold the rights to refuse advertisement space to any one without starting a reason.

30. Tibas hold the rights to refuse renewing advertisement space to any one without giving any reason for such course of action after agreement or contract has run its course.

31. All films, picture, music and tapes supplied by the advertiser to Tibas of their products, services, promotion, broadcast, comment of person(s), condition(s), expression(s), in what ever form for Tibas to use in communicating with potential customers or informing the public of a situation that by agreeing to the terms the advertiser indemnify Tibas from any legal litigation whether civil or criminal. The advertiser accept that should any court or body(s) compel Tibas to attend any hearing in what ever form, the advertiser shall bear all cost incurred by Tibas in Employing legal representatives and or costs for any expence incur. The advertiser accept that they themselves and not Tibas accept legal responsibility for what ever they communicate via Tibas to the public and that should any act committed in the advertisement which is in collision with the law they themselves will bear all responsibility.

32. Tibas shall terminate any and all agreement(s) with any and all company(s), Cooperation(s), Authority(s), Body(s), Organisation(s), Group(s), Person(s) for what so ever reason if they advertise in any country in any way what so ever using the Tibas system, of advertising to advertise their service, products, themselves, expression(s), condition(s) in what ever form whether using them self/selves, or using others regardless of what those other(s) are without first obtaining prior permission from Tibas or The 8000 Group International, the advertiser agrees that should they advertise using the Tibas system of advertising directly or indirectly, it has broken this agreement and Tibas should apply penalty or penalties it deem fit.

33. Any and all cheques, draft or money order made payable to Tibas to communicate to the public where such product(s) or service(s) is imitating another Company(s), Corporation(s), Authority(s), Body(s), Organisation(s), Group(s), Person(s), Property(s) or infringement of trade mark(s) copyrights, patent(s), design(s) in what ever form, Tibas shall terminate any and all such advertisement and shall not pay back any fund to such an advertiser which was prepaid or on deposit.

34. No advertisement shall be accepted for sex related products unless it has the approval of the Health Authority or Council.

35. Tibas refuse to accept any advertisement from any Company(s), Corporation(s), Authority(s), Body(s), Organisation(s), Group(s), Person(s) using 0901 or similar numbers whereby members of the public are charged for ringing such number, unless the advertiser put on deposit with Tibas an amount to be agreed to displace any complaint(s). Tibas will set aside the above if the advertiser bank; lawyer or solicitor guarantees Tibas bank that it will pay an amount to be agreed between Tibas and the advertiser within 3 days if there are complaint(s).

36. Tibas will accept advertisement from the Film business providing the advertisement is not offensive or explicit.

37. Where the advertiser had to withdraw their advertisement for what ever reason, the advertiser shall not be entitled to assign or demise this agreement to any Company(s), Corporation(s), Authority(s), Body(s), Organisation(s), Group(s), Person(s) whom so ever with out the consent in writing from Tibas.

38. Residential free site are for 3 month in order to stay on the site, confirmation from advertiser that they wish to stay on Tibas Directory must be received before the month expired. If no confirmation is received all information will be deleted. Advertiser will lose their membership No. and will need to reapply.

I/we hereby confirm that I/we are an officer/authorised to accept this agreement, that I/we have full authorisation to commit myself, our company, corporation, authority, body, organisation or group, that by accepting this agreement I/we commit no illegal act or omissions, I/we on behalf of myself, our company, corporation, authority, body, organisation, group accept this agreement in full, I/we hereby authorise Tibas and or any company associated with Tibas to make any search’s/enquiries that it feel fit about us before, during or after accepting of this agreement I/we further give Tibas permission to keep any such record it feel fit on it’s computer’s file’s on myself, company, corporation, authority, body, organisation, group, in accordance with the law.
Where there is a challenge to any or all of this agreement the laws of England shall apply.
